I am a BACP Senior Accredited and UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor and a BACP accredited supervisor.

When I started in 1989 counselling was a relatively new profession. So very few counsellors have the depth of experience that comes from over 20 years of fulltime work in the profession.

I have also had specialist training in working with couples at Chichester Counselling Services and trained to work with eating distress and body image with the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

I moved to Kendal in October 2010.

I am a member of the Fells and Dales group of fully accredited counsellors and psychotherapists.
